Plug and Grow Trailers

We customize in plug and grow trailers that can help take your business to the next level! 
 

You just need water and 220 power to operate. The trailer has plenty of plugins for both 110 and 220 items to add more of the items you need throughout the trailer. Below are some details of the basic set up that you see in the pictures. All of these items can be changed to what your plants need, just let us know what works best for you and we will make the changes.

 

(8) 1000W 4ft x 2.5ft LED Full Spectrum Lights. These lights put out over 680,000 lumens of light and can be digitally timed to your specs. Lights are the last thing we add to every trailer because we want to ensure you get the lights you want! If you have proven lights that you want to use, we will order and install for you. We were able to pull 25 lbs. off our first harvest and this was our first grow ever! We learned a lot and expect to get much more!

 

There is more than enough space for 250 full size plants in (3) gallon buckets. Could be more, just depends on your set up. That what works for us!

 

Automatic watering system set up for flooding or top feed. 275 gallon water reserve tanks for mixing chemicals or just holding water. Recycling drainage system to retain nutrients and pumps back into reserve tanks. Here is a short video showing how the water system works!

A/C and heat system with the dehumidifiers keep your room at the perfect temps through out all stages of your plants life. When it was 95 to 100 degrees out last summer, the inside of our trailer stayed at 65 to 70 no problem!

 

CO2 ran throughout trailer to maximize your yields. We run the system but you will need to get your own CO2 tanks. 

 

Completely insulated with 3 inch insulation and reflective walls to allow your plants to capture as much light as possible. Trailers are easy to clean with aluminum floors so need to ever worry about a leak or mess, just open doors and wash it out!

 

5x9 insulated changing and material room. This room holds your reserve tanks, wall timers, and everything to run the trailer. Completely automated. And will build to your specs!

 

Camera monitoring system (optional) to see your plants and trailer from anywhere in the world!

 

The pictures below are more of our basic package and some of our trailers in action. As you can see we make changes to your specs as needed! And attached is a small video of our most recent trailer delivered. They were loading plants into the trailer the same day as delivery!!!
